Handcrafted Pewter: A Unique Experience

Each pewter piece at XXX Company is individually handcrafted, making it a unique work of art. As such, there may be slight variations in design, shape, and finish, which are not considered defects. This inherent uniqueness is what makes each item special, and we encourage you to embrace the handcrafted nature of our products.


Damaged or Defective Item

If your pewter product arrives damaged or defective, we will happily assist you with a return or exchange. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. You’ll need to provide photos and a description of the issue to facilitate the process. Upon confirmation, we will offer either a replacement or a refund based on your preference.


Returns for Non-Defective Products

We accept returns of unused and unworn products within 14 days of delivery. However, due to the handmade nature of our pewter items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Minor variations in design, shape, or finish (these are natural and part of the artisan process).
  • Customized or engraved items.
  • Used or worn items, including jewelry that has been worn or kitchenware that shows signs of use.


How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us via xxx@mail.com within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return authorization.
  • Ship the item back to us in its original condition (you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective).
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.


Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that the cost of return shipping is non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrectly shipped.
